Despite persistent impunity, Jasmín channels her personal pain into collective action, building networks, organizing communities, and emerging as a leader. The film addresses two central axes:
Childhood sexual abuse
Feminist community networks
It also explores broader dimensions:
Latin American migration
The transformation from victim to political subject
Collective forms of healing and reparation
The emotional dimension of activism

We call on the Council to halt attempts to put 2 Royal Avenue in commercial hands and urge councillors to keep the space as a community resource in public ownership.
In recent years community organisations in Belfast have hosted free events in 2 Royal Avenue because it is a child friendly, accessible and affordable city centre space. Our organisation Reclaim the Agenda have held events from meetings to exhibitions, dance workshops to children’s story time - bringing people from all walks of life together.
Belfast City Council must ensure 2 Royal Avenue remains as a community hub in the centre of Belfast.

Reclaim the Night Belfast 2025
As well as our march and rally on the 8th March, International Women’s Day, Reclaim the Agenda coordinated a programme of events running for the whole month of March. With a wide range of events from songwriting and poetry to workshops and talks and even a football tournament we had a diverse and packed programme. While many of the events were organised by our friends in organisations like Women’s Platform, the Equality Commission and Women of Colour Belfast, RTA directly organised or contributed to many events across March.

International Women’s DAY? We’d a whole month!
Reclaim the Agenda is a coalition of feminist, youth, LGBTQ+ & community organisations that connects and mobilises women to promote feminist activism through education, campaigning and celebration.
We want a world where all women are safe and secure to reach their potential and have an active role in society and all women can be active change makers and have equal access to power.
We are striving for-
A life free from poverty
A life free from discrimination
To have healthcare services that meet our particular needs
A life free from domestic and sexual violence and abuse
To live in a world where women are equally represented as decision makers
To have access to good, affordable and flexible childcare
